Did I place my order by the O/N deadline?

The ordering deadline for an Internet-Order is 4:00pm PST.  The ordering deadline for a Phone-Order is 5:00pm PST.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I haven’t received my package yet.  Why?

All orders go out the day received, as long as it is within the time frame above.  So if your package has not yet been received and it is within the time frame you requested on your order, there is something wrong.

 

It could be for any of the following reasons; if you ordered over the internet, you might have…

  • Unsuccessfully submitted the Internet-Order:  If you received an email confirmation, then this is not the problem.

  • Typed in your information incorrectly:  You would have received a phone call from Puck Technology, Inc. on the day your order was processed, in an effort to help you correct your information for re-submittal.

  • Declined for insufficient funds:  You would have received a phone call from Puck on the day your order was processed, to inform you of the deficiency of funds in your account.

  • Missed your package delivery:  You would have been notified by the carrier of the failed delivery attempt by a note on your door, however, you may call Puck to get your tracking # and contact the carrier to have it re-delivered or pick it up.

If you ordered over the phone, you might have…

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, via global priority mail and an expedited shipper.  You will need to log onto usps.com and calculate your own postage using the origin zip code of 90755 and your destination.  That is the exact amount we will charge for international shipping.

 

If you would like our expedited shipper used for your order you are more than welcomed to contact us with your order information (product to be purchased, and the postal code we are shipping to) and we will be able to calculate the shipping cost to any country.  You can also contact FedEx directly to make sure service is available to your specific area and country.  The shipping zip code for us would be 90755.

 

 

 

 

 

 

How was my package shipped out?

If you ordered overnight or 2nd Day delivery, your package was shipped out using our expedited shipper.  If you ordered Priority Mail, your package was shipped via the United States Postal Service.

If your order was processed by the deadline provided above, the following guidelines could be used*;

 

Overnight shipments deliver the next day when processed Monday through Thursday.  If you order Overnight on a Friday it delivers on Monday.  * Please note that our expedited shipper cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Saturday Delivery on a Friday will cost an additional $15 (from standard Overnight delivery) and will be delivered Saturday.  Prior to making this selection, please call 1-800-463-3339 to ensure that this service is available in your area.  * Please note that our expedited shipper cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

  • Upon processing the order your bank placed the funds on hold pending the authorization of the charge.  If your charge was denied it is possible that the funds were placed on hold by your bank.  Puck Technology, Inc. is not the cause for the hold.  You are to contact your bank and ask when the funds will be available for use.

Product Questions

How does the product work?

The Go Number 1 is a ‘gravity operated’ urine substitution device.  It delivers a toxin free urine sample through a rubber tube that is part of a light weight apparatus, worn under your clothing.  It is delivered by releasing two white clips that keep the urine in the bladder bag, wrapped around your waist.

 

 

 

 

How long is the urine good for?

Since this kit is pre-mixed, we have tested the durability of the kit many many times.  The urine in the kit is good for a minimum of a year, although we do recommend that it be used within one year of purchase.

 

 

 

 

My bag is leaking, what can I do?

If your bag or “bladder” is leaking, send it back to us.  If we can determine that it is leaking because of a product flaw then we will refund the money or send you a replacement kit.  If it is leaking because the hose was cut of or it has been tampered with, there will be no refund.

 

 

 

 

Can I reheat my Kit?

This kit was designed to be reheatable.  It can be reheated every day.

 

 

 

 

My urine sample is being sent to another lab for further analysis.

It is always stressful to have your sample sent to a lab but you don’t need to worry.  Our synthetic urine is as good as real urine.  The initial on site screening test, otherwise known as the dip test, has a high rate of false positives.  The testing labs are very accurate and our synthetic urine never fails lab tests, just make sure you follow all of the instructions in using the urine.  And remember deny! Deny! Deny! Demand a retest, because you are always clean!

 

 

 

 

Which tests will the urine pass?

The Go Number 1 will pass all lab tests.

 

 

 

 

Can the lab tell that the urine is synthetic?

No, our synthetic urine has all of the same things as human urine.  Our urine has sugars, nitrates, creatin, the same PH level and the same gravity as human urine.  The only thing our urine does not contain is DNA.

 

 

 

 

How do I get another temperature strip?

When placing an order for supplies, such as heat pads, let us know that you need a temperature strip.  Add a note to the comments field of your internet order that you would like to order a temperature strip and we will throw one in for free with any purchase.  If you need the temperature strip alone, please call us, there will be a $2.00 fee.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When does the shelf life of the Go Number 1 start?  There is no date on the box, only a series of numbers.

If you ordered from Puck directly, you product was created no more than 2 days prior to your order.  When ordering from a retail location you will have to call and ask the store about the inventory date.

If you have had your Go Number 1 for some time now you can check to make sure the urine is clean by holding the bladder of urine up to the light.  If the urine is clear, it is ok to use, it has not been affected by bacteria.  If the urine is cloudy and/or has a milky consistency, the urine is no good.  We recommend that you do not use it.

We have control models sitting on our shelves that have been there for years and they are still good.

 

 

 

 

My test was positive, what now?

The only positive is a false positive with Puck Technology, Inc.  This means the cup/stick test read a false positive and you need to have them send it to the lab.  Remember, the urine cannot fail a lab or field test unless the test itself is reading in error.  Always deny the fact that the urine is dirty, demand a retest if necessary.

 

 

 

 

 Can I freeze the leftover urine?

You can but we do not suggest this.  Your safest bet is to consider the go Number one as a single test, deliver all of the urine and throw the apparatus away when you get home.  It is possible to give only a small amount of urine and keep the rest of it in case they have you test a second time while at the lab.  NOTE:  they will only have you do this if you are not heating your sample properly.

 

 

 

 

How long after the first use is the urine good for?

Refer to Product Questions – Go Number 1 #11.  Before you make a decision to use or discard the kit, you may want to check the tube to see if a bacterium has started to form in it.  If it clear and there is no sign of bacteria, you can move forward in using the kit.

 

 

 

 

What waist size does the belt fit?

The Go Number 1 will fit up to a size 48”-52” waist.  If you feel that this is not going to be sufficient, please ask for an extension when your order is placed.  We will send you one free of charge.

 

 

 

 

Where can I get some instructions?

You can read them online at our site where there is also a downloadable version.  If necessary we would also be able to mail or fax a copy to you.

 

 

 

 

What is the return policy for the product?

The product can be returned for a refund if the box is unopened and the Go Number 1 was not used.  In addition, the product needs to be returned within one month of the purchase date from Puck Technology, Inc.  If you purchased your kit from a reseller, we ask that you please contact them for their return policy.

 

 

 

 

Where does the heat pad go on the kit?

The heat pad attaches to the bladder bag on the side of the bag opposite the temperature strip.  When worn correctly the heat pad is located between the belt and the bag, on the side away from your body.

 

 

 

 

Do you have a money back guarantee?

The guarantee is, you cannot fail if you follow directions.  Familiarize yourself with the directions, call us if you are unable to understand them, you wont need a guarantee when you start passing all your drug tests!

 

 

 

 

Is this good for men and women?

Yes!  The Go Number 1 is unisex.  This means it is intended for both male and female use.
